Our client is an industry leader for industrial and automotive fastening solutions employing the latest metal cutting technology.


Job Description
This position will allow you to take your extensive P&L experience and engineering/manufacturing background to use as our Business Unit President for this rapidly growing organization. Duties include:


Oversee Profit and Loss for the plant operations

Maximizes the throughput to ensure necessary profit, safety, and quality standards. Attend Daily Production Meetings with department managers to discuss current quality levels, establish goals, and identify current production problems

Responsible for material / product management. Troubleshoot production and delivery problems with Production Manager and material control

Submit requisitions for new equipment based on current and anticipated needs.


Requirements
We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:


Experienced in cold headed forging manufacturing plant

Metal cutting manufacturing experienced

Willing to relocate to Alabama

Working knowledge of fastener manufacturing operation
