Description of Work:
Responsible to direct, oversee, plan and develop all activities and controls associated with the receiving, storing, inventory, and delivery of all materials in support of the PD&S requirements in order to successfully meet all schedule requirements on time and within cost projections. Responsible to coordinate and communicate with sister facilities and customers in a positive manner that is conducive to the successful completion of materials support, supplier deliveries. Direct the working force assigned to the production control and materials organization. Responsible to develop continuing improvement methods to reduce delays, improve delivery to the manufacturing component, reduce overall organization operating costs, and ensure accurate inventory control with substantiative documentation.

Job Requirements:
BS/BA in packaging or materials engineering or business management and ten years related experience required.Work experience must include background in a manufacturing environment providing complex material support or production control. Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
PC proficiency in MS Office suite
Working knowledge of ISO 9000-2000 and OHSAS 14000/18000.
Be able to obtain government security clearance (secret).
Be able to travel as required.
