Production Manager

Cintas is currently looking for a Plant Manager to lead a team of Production partners, including Supervisors, as well as manage all aspects of a fast-paced, industrial (possibly multi-shift) laundry plant. Daily duties include monitoring a budget, safety, production flow, material costs, wastewater management, and departmental profit and loss. Additional responsibilities include motivating, training and directing Production Supervisors as well as entry-level production workers. This is a high-level management position, with key management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results.


Salary is commensurate with background, qualifications and experience.


A four year college degree or equivalent work experience
The ability to handle physical requirements, including but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting
3-5 years Production supervisory experience, a plus
Strong customer service skills
A strong work ethic
Excellent organizational skills
A strong ability to set and prioritize goals
Ability to multi-task within a TEAM environment
The ability to motivate a team
A positive can-do attitude
Strong motivation to succeed
P&L and budget experience, a plus
Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, a plus
