 Production Services Leader

 

Responsibilities:

To lead and manage the Production Services functions of the Mobile Plant.  Will be accountable for the safe, environmentally sound, efficient operation of both maintenance and reliability efforts in support of plant operations.  Strives for a level of maintenance excellence by managing and maintaining plant assets so that Operations has high availability and performance from process and supporting equipment.  Maintenance and reliability programs must be executed in such a manner that industry regulations and best practices are met while keeping costs within budget.  This will require the implementation of long term strategies while addressing day-to-day mechanical and electrical issues.

 

Requirements:

?  Candidate must have 8-10 years of experience of practical plant operating experience, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience. 

?  A general knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices is required.
