Production Supervisor

Lozier Corporation, the nation's largest manufacturer of retail merchandising systems, has an outstanding opportunity for a Production Supervisor at our Scottsboro, AL facility. 

 

Reporting to one of our Area Managers, you will supervise a 2nd shift crew of approximately 15-20 employees.  The ideal candidate should have a combination of the following:  Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; excellent communication and problem solving skills with proven ability to motivate and train employees; proven leadership skills gained from University campus activities, community contributions, or on the job training.  Must have ability to work flexible hours.  Manufacturing experience preferred.  Candidates with previous supervisory experience in production will be given first consideration.
