Production Supervisor Mobile, AL

The individual we choose as Production Supervisor for our assembly/garment operations will:
- Maximize assembler resources and personnel in a high-volume assembly facility to continually improve processes and performance.
- Successfully challenge and motivate employees to produce our products in a way that raises the bar in both service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the production process in a manner that optimizes workflow and efficiency in order to meet production goals and profitability objectives.
- Directly supervise production employees to ensure that production standards are followed and goals are achieved, positive employee relations result, and policies, rules and regulations and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:
- 3 or more years' supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing/distribution/logistics/warehouse environment.
- Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- 4-year degree in a related field.
