Rolling Mill Manager

FPC has a growing metals mill client in the Southern USA that is seeking a Rolling Mill Manager to lead their hot rolling operations.  The hiring manager is looking for a skilled rolling mill professional that is accomplished in installing and commissioning rolling mills, developing processes and improvements, and leading rolling mill production departments. The hiring manager would prefer to have someone with prior rolling mill start up experience.  This is an excellent opportunity for a rolling mill professional with a successfull track record to join a progressive mill operation in a rolling mill start-up.  This position offers an excellent compensation, benefits, and relocation package.

 

Requirements:
BS, Engineering degree
5+ years of Hot Rolling Mill leadership experience
Significant rolling mill production management experience over 40+ personnel
Accomplishments in improving rolling mill operations and production processes
Lean & Six Sigma skills are a plus
Prior rolling mill start-up experience is a plus
US Citizen
