Provide technical expertise and system engineering support. Provide Factory Flight Operations Support for the operations of all work centers associated with the processing of the SBIRS mission. Provide a Factory Support interface for coordination of real-time changes to the configuration of SBIRS ground station or flight hardware, software or databases. Provide the Factory SEIT interface for satellite commanding and control portion of daily operations. Perform analysis of ICDs, System Specifications and operations procedures for mission data monitoring of both strategic and theater operations. Assist in the preparation and implementation of SEIT FOS development and implementation plans. Prepare status briefings of the FOS development status for the SEIT Flight Operations Support Manager. Requires mission operations, integration, and/or systems engineering experience. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are required. Candidate must demonstrate previous leadership, customer relations, and a background in classified satellite programs. Previous experience with Launch Readiness/Rehearsal planning and execution preferred.? Occasional travel required.
