Develops instructional material and provides instruction on the creation, use, and maintenance of data-driven, dynamic internet/intranet web based software applications and collaborative planning tools for their respective MEF Command Element and its MSCs to support operations. Functionally capable with Microsoft FrontPage 2000, SharePoint Portal Services, Active Server Pages (ASP) and ASP.NET, Internet Information Services (IIS), and SQL Server 7.0. Provides instruction on USMC collaborative software tools (Microsoft NetMeeting, Outlook, and C2PC). Advises MEF Information Management Officer on improvements to collaborative systems.

Applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

High School diploma or equivalent. Must have minimum three years experience with web based development tools. Military Instructing experience desired.

CIVILIAN: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least three years experience with Internet web based application and development employing Visual Basic, FrontPage, Active Server Pages, HTML, ActiveX, and Java controls.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Minimum qualifications can be waived by the Marine Corps.
