Associate Director of Development

Olive Crest has an immediate opening for an Associate Director of Development in our Orange County Development Department.  This full time position is responsible to manage and direct the Event Managers and Community Involvement Development Assistant including overseeing all events and support groups.  Identify and cultivate prospective volunteer group members and donors.  Generate and analyze fund raising program data. 

 

Required Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor?s Degree.

2.  3+ years experience in fundraising, not-for-profits and working with volunteers.

3.  Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and computer skills.

4.  Knowledge of training and motivating volunteers as well as recruiting new volunteers.

5.  Current driver?s license and car insurance with a clean driving record.
