Chief Executive Officer

The CEO at ASBA has responsibility for the overall direction and management of this 3,000-member statewide association. Working in partnership with a Board of Directors and staff, this position is responsible for seeing that the following priorities are executed:

 Hires, engages, grows and values staff members in keeping with ASBA?s values and work culture

 Provides strong team leadership to engaged and talented staff in two locations

 Supports and continues ASBA?s innovation and growth in creating and maintaining a Community of business-focused individuals and organizations throughout the state

 Measures and evaluates Community members? diverse needs against ASBA strategic goals and near-term plans and programs to maximize use of member fees and supplementary funding

 Serves as ASBA?s voice within the business community, with community partners and sponsors, including the media

 Initiates, maintains and encourages excellent communications, internally and externally

 Works to protect and enhance ASBA?s fiscal standing and stability
