EMPLOYMENT SERVICES REP
This position provides employment related services to customers of the Work Source Center. Assess customers for services needed to remove barriers to employment to include skills and interest assessments. Develop employment plan and refer to appropriate services. Monitor customer services from enrollment until end of follow-up period.
BA degree in Human Services or related field plus a minimum of 1 year experience or 3 years related employment in Workforce and Career Development, able to work evenings and weekends, proficient computer skills, excellent organizational and writing skills, sensitivity to disabled/disadvantaged. Experience with case management, file audit, community involvement. Bilingual preferred. Valid CA drivers license, clean DMV record, own reliable transportation with car insurance as required by law, punctual and dependable attendance.
