Description:Reporting relationship - The Equipment Strategy and Documentation Project Manager will report directly to the Reliability and Performance Planning Manager.This position is an integral part of the Maintenance and reliability team that provides maintenance services to all North Slope operations. The Project manager will lead a multidiscipline team responsible for the delivery of two critical integrity related projects:Equipment Strategy (IM Standard 4.1) - This project will establish standardized maintenance routines, do reliability performance monitoring, and continuous improvement for critical / IM related equipment.To do this the project will classify equipment, establish generic maintenance strategies, establish standardized PM routines and frequencies, convert existing PM's to the new standards, and establish monitoring & PM routine Continuous Improvement (CI) program. The project will also establish a process to ensure that all maintenance, procurement, and engineering changes are done in compliance with the established strategies. Engineering Data Master (IM Standard 4.2) - This project will improve the quality and consistency of integrity related engineered data (i.e.: set points, operating limits, etc). It will also develop tools to ensure that accurate / high quality data is readily available to the maintainers and processes to ensure integrity through the MOC process. To do this the project will establish an "Engineering Data Master" database that will be populated, interfaced with other IM related applications to ensure data alignment and consistency, and develop processes to maintain data quality. At a minimum all protective device set points and operating limits will be populated in this project. Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and context for the team though all phases of project development.
2. Establish and maintain appropriate Project Resources through staffing planning and effective use of both internal (client staff, partners) and external (contractor, agency, expert) resources.
3. Ensure that proactive Health, Safety and Environmental compliance is implemented and practiced.
4. Ensure that appropriate Project Execution processes are implemented and followed.
5. Facilitate effective Communications between all internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ensure that project has completed appropriate Cost, Schedule, and Assurance plans for all stages of activities.
7. Establish Key Performance Indicators, track performance and make interventions whenever necessary.
8. Establish effective Risk Identification processes and actively mange Risk Mitigation Plans
9. Provide Mentoring and Development opportunities for team members as needed. Experience:
The applicant must have at least 10 years experience in project management, with equipment reliability, equipment data, and EAM System (CMMS) knowledge as an advantage. The applicant will have demonstrated the following in the management and execution of previous projects:

? Proven commitment to the achievement of excellence in HSE performance, including the ability to develop, coach & provide feedback on HSE
? A proven track record on other major projects with demonstrated performance bias in a challenging leadership role
? Strong leadership skills in providing direction for the team through the development of goals and implementation of strategies
? The proven ability to build high performing work teams
? A proven understanding of critical tasks for all Project phases and sound knowledge of Code of Conduct 
? A strong understanding of key financial drivers and measures
? Sound knowledge and experience of execution and application of procurement practices and governance processes, such as contracting, legal, tax, insurance, and ethics
? A strong business perspective, with an emphasis on the alignment of project goals with the organization's strategies and objectives
? Good resource and project planning skills
? The ability to work well with all levels of management and government, as well as individual contributors
? A strong understanding of cost drivers (both capital and operating) and hence the Life Cycle cost principles and their application to projects
? The ability to skillfully practice the Management of Change process and apply appropriate project controls? Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), engagement and team-working skills are required
? Self motivated, accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability; self- motivated and proactive; able to work well under sustained pressure
