General Sales Manager

 

I am an Executive Job Recruiter helping one of America's number one capital equipment manufacturing companies find a General Manager of Sales and Service that can help take them to the next level. This company is the largest of its kind in the United States and growing very rapidly on the most solid ground.

Base salary ($70K - $90K range) plus bonus will ad up to $95,000 - $110,000 1st year and much more each year as your bonus goes up with your production. You also get your own company car, expense account and gas card, awesome family friendly medical and dental benefits, 401K matching, paid vacation and much more.

 

Qualified candidates must have 3 - 5 years experience as General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager or other closely related positions. This is an Industrial Capital Equipment Manufacturing company and you will have direct P&L responsibility for Sales and Service Departments. There is a Birmingham Branch location with Sales and Service located there. Looking for a top-notch Manager that can continue to develop a top flight sales team as well as grow the service dept. there will be approx. 15-20 total reports. Must have a proven successful track record will consider any industry, looking for the right candidate that is ready to step up in their career to the next level.
