OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Operations Manager

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for managing all aspects of the energy services business. The manager is directly responsible for the ongoing development and retention of profitable customer relationships and the overall growth of the business. Key responsibilities include directing and coaching employees, managing all aspects of the location profit and expense activity, and providing oversight for all customer contact interaction.

Our ideal candidate will possess a BS in Business Management with a minimum of 3 years business and/or operational experience. Delivery and/or distribution and general management experience desired. We are looking for high energy candidates with a strong business foundation, solid communications skills, experience in coaching and mentoring, leadership skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to lead employees through a changing and challenging business environment.
