Operations Manager-Client Services

Qualifications : Bachelor's or higher degree Position requires 6 years' experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting; with a minimum of 4 years' experience in first-line or mid-level management or supervision with evidence of increasing responsibility in personnel management, financial management, and organizational skills. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills must be demonstrated. Incumbent must be team oriented with the ability to form, lead and facilitate multi-disciplinary teams for maximum effect. Must qualify as a General Supervisor under CLIA '88. Incumbent must possess good reading, writing and basic math abilities; extensive knowledge of specimen requirements; excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of spread sheet and word processing programs preferred.
