We have an excellent opportunity available at our Kingman, AZ facility for an Operations Supervisor I.

Maintenance and repair supervisor responsible for the day-to-day operations at assigned plant in the areas of production. Schedules day-to-day activities for the department. Coordinates supervision of approximately 7 employees. Position will oversee assembly and disassembly of cylinder packages as well as shot blasting cylinders. Perform visual inspections and hydrostatic testing of cylinders. Pressure, leak and analytical testing of cylinders. Rebuilding of used cylinder valves. Coordination of safety programs, meeting fixed and variable cost commitments, implementation of reliability programs, compliance and quality system as well as government regulations required.

Bachelor's degree 2-3 years supervisory experience in Operations Knowledge should include basic configuration of cylinders for various product lines. Knowledgeable of production scheduling. Ability to set and meet goals for the department. Good interpersonal skills.
