Service Coordinator

I am an executive job recruiter helping the worlds number one company of its kind find the very best Service Coordinator for a busy and rapidly growing Industrial Equipment Service/Repair Department.

Job starts $45,000 range DOE first year, great benefits, 401K, paid vacation, opportunity for advancement with company and much more.

Must have 3 plus years related experience as Industrial Service Coordinator, Service Manager or Branch Manager for an Industrial type Service Department directing service technicians or mechanics such as electrical, industrial auto, steel, appliance, capital equipment, etc. Material handling equipment exp such as Hoist or Cranes are a big plus.  Must have good driving record.  A Collage Degree is strongly desired.

You will be required to take ownership of service calls and jobs from the start to the finish. Triage the service calls, allocate technicians and resources according to job needs and logistics, provide top quality customer service and follow to make sure job was done well and everyone is happy.
