Station Manager

We are looking for a Station Manager to assist in running the operations at our busy Tucson International Airport location. A Station Manager is a vital component in the Hertz service network. Utilize your management skills in such areas as personnel and overall operations. You will schedule adequate staff coverage, handle customer requests, review competitive situations and supervise and train new personnel. You may move between areas of responsibility, allowing you to gain a working, on-site knowledge of the business to help you move to higher management career growth.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
Strong customer service skills and sales ability
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential
