Store Manager - Construction Equipment Rental Industry

We are currently searching for a Store Manager?in our Scottsdale, AZ location.

BASIC PURPOSE
Responsible for the overall operation of the store location including: revenue, profit and loss, management of store staff members, facilities and equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? 1.?Responsible for the daily operation of the store location including; managing location staff,?
reviewing profit and loss, staffing, employee development and training, equipment utilization,?equipment?? maintenance and safety regulations. Maximize?retail opportunities.
? 2.?Direct various staff members in the performance of their store related positions. Develop, evaluate and motivate staff.
? 3.?Timely identification?for purchase of assets whose performance will enhance profitability.
? 4.?Direct staff and resources to ensure alignment?between district and company?goals.
? 5.?Optimize fleet dollar utilization levels.
? 6.?Review and adjust staffing levels to assure the needs of the store and customers are met.
? 7.?Plan and establish systems to control expenses.
? 8.?Monitor?fleet?inventory levels to assure customer needs can be met on a timely basis.
? 9. Ensure fleet is utilized by sharing with other stores and districts.
10. Assist customers in the resolution of complaints regarding equipment rental or purchase of store items.
11. Assist in the development of revenue and profit goals, fleet requirements and headcount requirements for budgeting purposes.
12. Responsible for safety audits, safety training, compliance with State and Federal OSHA and DOT regulations.
13. Oversee/assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
14. Support and train employees on Standard Operating Procedures.

EDUCATION
G.E.D. or high school diploma required.
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field helpful, but not required.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
5 Years in the rental equipment or construction industries.
Operations Management or related management experience.
Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent Knowledge of construction?equipment required.
Able to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch and kneel.?
