POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Training and QA Depts. Facilitates classroom training to include the design, development and update of training materials and evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

 Bachelor's Degree 3+ yrs training and operations experience in a call center environment required Superior interpersonal and presentation skills a must
