Responsibilities:

1. Manage a staff of Sales Representatives responsible for reselling services and products within assigned territory to previously discontinued customers; maintain assigned sales quota, and follow established guidelines.

2. Recruit, train, and coach new sales representatives.

3. Implement and administer sales programs in Residential, Commercial, and Small Business resale markets to maximize opportunities.

4. Ensure adherence to current ADT policies, procedures, products, programs, pricing, techniques, technologies, and services through communication and regular sales meetings.

5. Develop sales reps for advancement and success by appraising performance.

Requirements:

Education: College Degree in Sales and Marketing or other related degree or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum five years sales experience.

Skills: Ambitious, results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive. Strong analytical and problem solving ability. Demonstrated managerial skills. Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
