QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPPORT MANAGER 

 

The QA Support Manager reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and is responsible for assuring that all the essential elements of the division?s Quality Management System (QMS) are developed, documented and implemented. The successful candidate will support the facility?s Quality program by:

?  Developing, documenting and implementing QMS processes

?  Maintaining the document control program

?  Coordinating consumer complaint tracking and responses

?  Communicating customer specification requirements internally and externally

?  Coordinating the internal CAPA program

?  Participating in the development and implementation of process validation protocols

?  Analyzing process control data

 

Position Requirements

College degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years QA experience or High School diploma with a minimum of 6 years QA decision making experience.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office Professional.  Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:  Experience working with High Performance Teams in a Lean Manufacturing work environment; experience in an ERP / SAP system environment; ability to develop and maintain Microsoft Access databases; and ASQ certification.
