Beach Club and Pool Attendant

Job Purpose:

Assists residents in a Five Star Highland Beach condominium.

Duties:Must speaks English.

?Some cleaning, organizing, involved.

?Works well on their own.

?Opens facilities by setting-up and preparing equipment; conducting safety inspections.
?Enhances patron's enjoyment with excellent customer service, providing personal assistance, verifying safety requirements.



* Supervises use of equipment by operating/driving equipment; providing instructions on proper use; observing use by patrons; providing additional instructions and warnings.



* Maintains order by observing and correcting patrons' behavior; calling for security.



* Maintains equipment by troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.



* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards, procedures, and rules; complying with legal regulations.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.



* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
