Front Office Coordinator

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Front Office Coordinator occupies a fundamental position in the daily success of the center. The FOC is the focal point around which most interaction with a client begins and ends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The FOC must have excellent organization skills and a high ability to follow through as a daily routine. All procedures and policies provided for this position must be followed with great accuracy and completion. Strong work efficiency is required.
The FOC must have a strong understanding of the need for cheerfulness, professionalism and a positive attitude as they will be observed by clients at all times, whether in person or on the phone. Remember, we only have one chance to make a first impression.
The FOC is responsible for maintaining the client flow through the center. All clients will be greeted at the front desk and will check out at the front desk as they leave. Accurate record keeping, maintaining a neat and organized work area, and working proficiently will help the FOC in this position and will assure great service to all Sona MedSpa clients.
Along with the Center Manager, the FOC should encourage teamwork among the center staff. A spirit of teamwork is essential to the operation of the medspa. The success of Sona MedSpa depends on the effort of each member of the team, and all associates will share in the success of the medspa.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Management of the front desk, reception, and client waiting area with a service attitude

Scheduling of appointments and maintaining the center appointment schedule

Preparation of reports and submission of reports to Sona MedSpa Corporate accurately and on time

Controlling the flow of client flow

Routing incoming phone calls and handling questions from callers

Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and client waiting areas.

Other Duties as assigned by Center Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education and/or Experience: Minimum of 2 year degree or equivalent experience preferred.

GoldMine, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel in addition to accounting experience helpful.
