MANAGER IN TRAINING 

Job Description:

The focus of the MANAGER IN TRAINING is to actively generate center revenue while developing the sales staff. The MANAGER IN TRAINING shares the responsibility for the overall management of the center and is also responsible for ensuring each client receives excellent customer service and training and coaching the sales staff to convert leads to sales and meet personal sales goals.

Successful  MANAGERS IN TRAINING will have excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. Must have excellent selling skills, a proven sales record, team building and the ability to teach others what makes you successful!

We prefer candidates who have previous sales experience or work experience in the following industries:

 Dating Service Beauty/Image Cosmetics Health/Fitness Retail/Sales Hotel/Restaurant Service Previous weight loss experience a plus!
