Federico Beauty Institute is seeking an organized professional with a passion for ensuring exceptional customer service to become our new Operations Manager.  This position is responsible for managing three departments and reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.  Federico Beauty Institute is a growing company whose goal is to become a world leader in providing pre-licensure and post-licensure beauty education.  We are looking for an exceptional individual to add to our management team.

Major responsibilities:

1.  Hire and manage staff for Bookstore, Dispensary and Reception departments

?  Create weekly employee schedules ensuring all shifts are covered for each department

?  Establish employee quarterly goals and conduct monthly performance evaluations and counseling

?  Approve all orders for Bookstore and Dispensary

?  Implement and uphold policy for each department

2.  Communicate on a daily basis with each department and be available during shift for any immediate issues within each department

3.  Handle all customer service issues demonstrating good judgment

4.  Identify and communicate customer service issues to necessary departments with a strong emphasis on prevention

5.  Understand the inner workings of each department and its relation to other departments

6.  Work with supplier representatives for retail and dispensary needs

7.  Prepare monthly reports and present at management level meetings
