In a deal with cable company Telewest, digital television viewers will be able to access on-screen Property Internet's residential property website www.08004homes.com. The site has more than 70,000 UK properties and also features property news, house buying advice, area guides, financial services advice and DIY information.

Find a property (www.findaproperty.com) is hoping to lure potential buyers with more detailed information. The website has introduced five new categories: prestige homes, waterside homes, new homes, short let and commercial. It hopes the move will help customers locate their desired property more effectively and with more precision.

Share website MoneyGuru (www.moneyguru.co.uk) is offering refunds to customers who follow its advice but don't see the returns. The site says that if recommendations from its in-house ana lysts don't outperform the FTSE All-Share index average over the year, customers will get a no-quibble refund of their £11.95 subscription.

Fund information site TrustNet (www.trustnet.co.uk) has had a redesign. New features include live news feeds, comparative performance tables and charts and a personal portfolio facility.
