Inventory Manager

We are looking for candidates with a high level of commitment and teamwork to fill the position of Inventory Manager in our Corporate Office located in Fairfield, CA.

Major Responsibilities:
* Primary planner for inventory levels and purchasing budget for one product division.
* Work in conjunction with Product Management and Global Sourcing to maintain adequate levels of inventory.
* Manage total corporate OTB for assigned product division.
* Monitor line size and item status codes for adherence to company guidelines and takes appropriate actions to ensure line size is maintained.
* Report on inventory quantity and quality.
* Manage the OTB at the division and department levels to ensure corporate turn goals are achieved.
* Review and analyze all purchase plans for all selling channels.
* Review and report current inventory levels to plan. Develop inventory reduction strategies when necessary.
* Analyze SKU and category productivity and recommends line class code changes, inventory needing sell down solutions and final outlet shipment.
* Ensure Papyrus store service level meets company guidelines within managed category for existing stores and new store openings.
* Work closely with sales team to monitor booking pace and key account orders.

Qualifications:
* Must have 1-3 years experience in inventory management/inventory planning.
* Strong analytical skills
* 4 Year degree or comparable experience.
