Plastic Industry Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager – EPS Foam   The Marketing Manager's position is a new position.  The Marketing Manager will manage the marketing mix of EPS Foam Products  (market research, and especially new EPS foam products/markets development), Price Point(s)/Profit Determination, Place, Pace, and Promotion.  He/She will be responsible for developing and maintaining new EPS foam products pipeline.  In this role, He/She will interact with existing Sales Force, Plant Managers, Design Managers, President and CEO, and Chairman.  This position will be key to the company?s growth and will report directly to the President and CEO.

The Marketing Manager's position carries a salary of $80,000/year plus 2% commission on all new sales by customer for the first year of each new product/market developed.  New EPS Foam Products/Markets customers will be regularly handed off to the sales force for account administration.  The company?s standard benefits program applies to this position.

The Marketing Manager will have at least 5 years experience and success in a similar function within a plastics materials/products company, including creation of value-added products for diverse markets.  Additional qualifications desired are a technical Bachelor's degree and experience with construction/building products, specialty packaging, and other value-added specialties.
