Senior Sales Analyst

LowerMyBills.com,  the premier online service for consumers to compare and lower bills, seeks a Senior Sales Analyst to join its Product Management team.


The Senior Sales Analyst will work primarily with the Product Analyst Team and the Sales Team to develop strategic plans for client acquisition, growth, harvest, retention, and satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to, deep analysis around product mix, filter criteria, and pricing. Responsibilities will also include the development of key metrics around sales performance. This entails comprehensive projections, goal-setting, tactical approach, building feedback loops, and measuring performance versus goals.

This person will be deeply ingrained within LowerMyBills' sales team and will be expected to have a comprehensive outlook on each account, at all times. The Senior Sales Analyst will also manage critical weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and will continuously assist in the evolution and automation of reporting and processes. Altogether, the Senior Sales Analyst will make our Sales Team more proactive, strategic, efficient, and accountable.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely and consultatively with the Sales Team
Compile and translate large amounts of data
Use deep analysis to identify, strategize, and encourage action on sales opportunities
Present conclusions clearly to the Sales Team
Develop goals and action plans for meeting and measuring these goals
Develop queries, models, and procedures to generate ongoing client portfolio analysis
Develop analyses of client business trends and behaviors for strategic management
Manage client data for use in strategic pricing, acquisition, and retention
Clearly document procedures to ensure repeatability and portability
Take the lead on weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic reviews and presentations
Assist in Siebel tracking and reporting
Ad-hoc reporting as necessary

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Marketing/Finance/Accounting/Entrepreneurship
MBA is preferred, but not necessary
6 + years of relevant work experience in analysis, pricing, yield/revenue management, and/or project management
A demonstrated history of successful analytical work
A demonstrated history of successful team work
A demonstrated history of successful process and project management
High proficiency with MS Excel
High proficiency with MS Access
Top notch Process/Project Management skills
Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is a plus
Knowledge of Microstrategies Reporting (or similar) is a plus
