Account Supervisor - Creative Services

Vivendi Games is looking for a dynamic and energetic Account Supervisor to join our Creative Services Team. The individual we seek should have at least 3 years of experience working in a fast paced environment - preferably in a consumer products/entertainment/gaming company or an ad agency. Main responsibilities include acting as primary liaison between Marketing and Creative Services for all assigned brands. All project requests will flow through the Account Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

- Review all project requests and follow up to obtain missing information/assets
- Create, update and distribute project schedules
- Schedule meetings for all Creative Group projects for assigned titles
- Attend creative presentation meetings; write and distribute meeting notes detailing action items and design direction
- Review Creative Group materials prior to presentation/routing to ensure requested edits have been made correctly
- Route Creative Group materials for assigned titles and follow-up to resolve discrepancies and ensure approvals are obtained by deadline

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience in project management/account supervision
- Microsoft Office, project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent organizational, communication, problem solving abilities
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent at follow-through
