CONTRACTS SPECIALIST
Seeking mid-to-senior level contracts specialist to support a diverse group of government contracts and customers. Support program managers and senior management on cost-type and fixed price contracts. Tasks consist of proposal preparation including RFP/RFQ analysis, pricing, compliance matrix, terms & conditions review, and technical proposal coordination. Experience in proposal writing and desktop publishing a plus. Also, responsible for managing contract activities, budgeting, preparing deliverables, tracking status, preparing invoices and vouchers, maintaining contract files. Interface with government and industry customers. Preparation of non-disclosure and teaming agreements. Support audit activities with DCAA, DCMA. Good working knowledge of FAR, DFARS and GAAP. Experience with GSA schedules desire. Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to readily manage rapidly shifting work priorities, multiple task assignments and have the ability to work independently.
BA/BS degree, 10+years of experience.
