Client Manager

eTelecare Global Solutions, one the fastest growing call center companies worldwide, is seeking a experienced Client Manager, in the Phoenix Market.

Two positions are available. One for a client in the Travel and Tourism industry and the other for a client in the telecommunications industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Client Manager reports to the Group Client Manager. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

? Maintaining a strong relationship with the customer
? Creating real value for eTelecare Global Solutions? sales clients,
including understanding and driving key value metrics, setting appropriate
performance goals, managing overall program performance, and driving
continuous improvement
? Communicating customer changes throughout the organization
? Closely coordinating with Site Directors and Operations Managers to ensure
understanding and alignment of client program goals at each site location
? Monitoring program performance and taking appropriate action with
Operations Managers.
? Direct management of Operation Managers
? Providing a solutions-focused, performance-based, development-oriented,
positive working environment for the project team.
? Owning and managing the program?s profitability to achieve shareholder
value goals.
? Identifying business opportunities and influencing internal and external
constituents
? Drive sales results by handling multiple priorities within deadlines
? May require up to 25% travel (national and/or international)

ATTRIBUTES:
? Project management
? Sales operation experience (inbound and/or outbound)
? Proven analytical and decision making ability
? Basic understanding of call center accounting and finance
? Experience with call center software applications, such as NICE, CMS,
Aspect & Avaya.
? Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
? Financial forecasting and analysis skills
? Superior teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
? Highly customer focused and results oriented
? Highly self-motivated
? Moderate proficiency in tactical negotiation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? College degree OR 5 years work experience in a call center.
? Five to six years of managerial-level experience and at least two years of
industry-related experience
