World Financial Symposiums (WFS) is dedicated to educating technology leaders.  The firms primary one day symposiums are held in NYC, Palo Alto, London, and soon in Asia.  These events bring together leaders in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and M&A to educate owners and executives of software and related companies on their exit strategy options.

 

This senior position will report to the Board of Advisors and will be responsible for setting up venues, recruiting speakers/sponsors, working with the media, promotion and coordinating these events on site; thus some travel is required.  In addition, they will be involved in setting up a new series of market webcasts on related topics.

 

Ideal candidate is well educated (MBA preferred), has experience in executive education programs, is marketing/people oriented, can work independently, and likes the idea of working with and getting to know the top executives in the financial and technology fields.

 

Part time and telecommuting possible.
