Full-time
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 5 years of job related experience. Good written and oral communication skills and familiarity with word-processing, database, spreadsheet programs and integrated software applications are required. Need experience in successfully administering contracts.

Job Description :
Contracts
Coordination in developing contracts, contract amendments, work authorizations, and work authorization amendments contracts for errors and omissions to comply with URS standards and requirements. Interpret/enforce contractual terms and conditions. Work closely with URS Legal Department in providing certificate of insurance and management approval requests for contracts.

Assist in the dispute resolution process with the client when issues arise pertaining to contract interpretation and/or terms and conditions.

Billing/Invoices
Develop proper working relationship with client as required by the project/program manager.
Prepare and submit monthly invoices along with progress reports to the client. Assist project/contract managers on day-to-day management of projects. Assist manager in providing updates to Office Manager during mid-month meeting and month end closing (DSO meetings). Confirm that subcontractors work is completed according to plans, standards and specification prior to approving work and progress payments. Facilitate procurement practices, transactions and documentation in compliance with Company policies and procedures, contract requirements, and government regulations. Interface and coordinate with contractor/subcontractor, inter-company, inter-department and internal department personnel.

Others
Report directly to the Group Manager or designated supervisor.Expect other unique department assignments that will require minor deviation from contract duties including management of group fleet vehicles, communication equipment, etc.
