We are seeking qualified candidates in our
Monterey, California headquarters. In this role you will be assigned to one or more programs to provide support directly to individual Programs under the overall management control of the Program Manager. Will act as the "right hand" of the Program Manager, in addition to providing general tasking support within the scope of assigned programs and in conjunction with other Program staff, has responsibility in communications, data and information management, reporting, meeting coordination, process improvement, and activity coordination.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, education, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to work with others to design, plan, and deliver solutions.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire others to find creative solutions to challenging situations or problems.
Must be highly organized, self-directed, and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating (oral and written) with large organizations at all levels, including the senior management level.
Must be able to travel occasionally and for up to several days, sometimes weeks, at a time.
Preferred:
Experience working in program management environment with working knowledge of the fundamentals of project/program management.
Must have relevant technical skills, knowledge and experience.
