We are looking to hire highly motivated and talented Project Managers for the West Coast Region with extensive consulting experience in systems integration. Our project managers are energetic and committed to delivering efficient, technology-based solutions to our clients, maintaining client satisfaction, translating customer needs/wants, planning and delivering a solution, and working to ensure a timely and quality implementation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for project management, client management and team leadershipAssess client's current technology needs and assist with systems design and implementation. Provide recommendations for process improvements by leveraging best practices and industry standards. Work closely with customers to gather and document information about current sales organizations and variable compensation practices. Provide guidance, support and direction to the integration team as necessary to make certain projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Keep track of time and expense for the project team as well as keeping the project itself on time and on budget. Produce and maintain weekly status reports to both the customer and the integration team. Assist each project team member in defining objectives and resolving issues.
Success relies heavily on the Project Manager?s ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations with everyone involved. The Project Manager needs to have a competent understanding of all aspects of planning and delivering.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, I/S, or equivalent is required; advanced degree preferred. Previous CRM and Sales Compensation systems software experience, a plus (e.g. Callidus TrueComp, Centive, Siebel ICM, Synygy, Oracle Incentive Compensation). Strong organizational, customer relationship and verbal/written communication skills are required. Previous Sales Operations experience, a plus. Adept/very proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Project. Must possess excellent problem solving and listening skills. 4-6 years of application architecture, direct consulting, and project management experience with significant depth around leading teams designing, implementing, and managing critical cross-functional application development and integration projects. Engagement experience should include IT Strategy initiatives, middleware implementations, ETL systems, Business Intelligence systems, application design and development, and leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge across multiple industries. Knowledge of MS Access, Informatica, Actuate, Business Objects and/or Crystal Reports is preferred. Should be process-minded with a strict regard to detail. Extensive understanding of program management techniques/methodologies. Top tier consulting firm experience.Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
