The Project Manager is responsible for the co-ordination of the New Products for the Collectible Department.  Oversees all aspects of the projects; creates timelines; prepares the necessary documentation for R&D or Purchasing. The Project Manager also prepares the reports regarding the status of the project and schedules the monthly R&D meetings with various departments and chairs the meeting.

 

Bachelor?s degree would be ideal and at least 3 years in the field or a related field.  The Project Manager should be familiar with a variety of the field?s concepts, practices and procedures.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the execution of documentation for New Products.Works with R&D and Engineering for the Design and Drawings.Responsible for working with graphics on the product packaging, etc.Schedules the Monthly R&D MeetingMeets with Director and Senior VP to review status of Products.Recaps all of the Meetings and follows up with each department to ensure that they are on schedule.Creates the cost and GPM model for the product with Sales.Prepares Timelines for all New Products and attends weekly meetings with other Departments.

 

QUALIFICATION:Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.An individual that is extremely organized.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Must be able to handle multi-tasksForeign Language a plus

 

 

EDUCATION Batchelor?s degree or some college preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 years in related field preferred.
