Job Responsibilities for Project Manager - Supplier Mgmt.

Initiates, Develops, and maintains long-term relationships with suppliers to identify business opportunities, facilitate joint business planning processes, provide training, and achieve organizational goals, and leverage these relationships to negotiate for resources and generate tactical investment opportunities.

Job Responsibilities for Project Manager - EDLC

Leverages relationships with suppliers to negotiate final costs for merchandise and generate tactical investment opportunities.

 

Minimum Qualifications for Supplier Mgmt.

Four (4) years experience negotiating with suppliers, developing suppliers, or managing direct supply bases

Preferred Qualifications for Supplier Mgmt.

?BA/BS degree with coursework in Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Marketing
?Experience working with international or overseas manufacturers, suppliers, or retailers
?Experience working in more than one technical function such as buying, planning, sourcing, replenishing, or product development
?Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel
?Bi-lingual communication skills
?Experience building and executing merchandise plans encompassing sales, marketing, logistics, and innovations across multiple product areas

Minimum Qualifications for EDLC

Experience managing or participating in multiple (i.e. more than one ) projects including the coordination of project teams or members, setting project goals, directing cross functional teams, and measuring success
?Four (4) years experience negotiating with suppliers, developing suppliers, or managing direct supply bases

?Experience working with international or overseas manufacturers, suppliers, or retailers

?Experience organizing and executing product procurement initiatives across multiple countries
?Experience negotiating terms and conditions of procuring merchandise across multiple suppliers
