Project manager - beauty/personal care

Our client in Culver City has an immediate need for a Marketing Project Manager. Will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the development of new products and promotions to ensure they are launched on time and with excellence. Will serve as the liason between 2-3 internal departments. Responsible for creating, monitoring and updating project timelines. Coordinate tasks with cross-functional team to ensure projects are of the highest quality and completed on time. Attend and actively participate in weekly brand meetings, working closely with R&D, purchasing, production, regulatory/QC. Communicate project needs and direct R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality to ensure timely completion of tasks including raw material and packaging purchase, packaging evaluation and compatibility testing, stability testing, formula conversion, etc. Provide in-depth analysis of requirements and/or tasks to be addressed in implementing product features or product changes.
