Franchise Training & Operations Manager

Franchise Services, Inc. (FSI) and the print management group for Sir Speedy and PIP Printing & Document Services, the world?s largest printing, copying and digital network, seek a Training & Operations Manager based in our Mission Viejo office. Responsibilities of this position include:

- Develop, coordinate and manage all training, including online training, for franchisees and their employees, across all departments

- Coordinate training for corporate staff

- Update and maintain current franchise systems operations manuals

- Manage departmental projects such as annual price/wage and financial surveys

Your dedication to excellent customer service, along with your training and quick print industry experience will help to foster a long-term relationship between FSI and its franchisees.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Adult learning/training experience
- Online training experience
- Franchise experience
- Printing/copying industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree
- Small business acumen
- General computer skills
- Currently reside in the Orange County area
