Graphics Supervisor

INFINITY INSURANCE COMPANY is a leader in the auto insurance industry with over 2,000 employees in?offices throughout the country. We are currently seeking a GRAPHICS SUPERVISOR for our Warehouse / Print Shop in Bessemer, Alabama.

This position is responsible for supervising, training, evaluating and coordinating the activities of personnel assigned to the Unit to ensure that the short and long term objectives are being met. Develops and maintains procedures that result in an efficient workflow. Areas of responsibility include graphics, forms design and control, promotional material distribution and agency mailouts.

Coordinates production of Company forms including design, printing, storage and distribution


Secures bids on all Company forms and materials which cannot be designed and/or printed in-house


Supervises and coordinates mail outs to agents and others as assigned


Works closely with Company personnel to ensure that forms and other materials are developed or updated when needed and that development and changes are prepared in an accurate, timely manner


Maintains records of forms including a history of forms and other materials and tracking of changes

Requires three years experience in a similar position.? Supervisory experience preferred.? Through knowledge of printing operations including design software and printing equipment / methods.? Knowledge of the process of design, printing and history tracking of forms, manuals and other work produced in a print shop or graphics department required.
