The Rutters Group, a Thomson West business is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Encino, Ca.

 

The Sales Representative promotes and sells West Group products and services through the handling of inbound telephone calls from customers and potential customers while meeting/exceeding sales target objectives as established. Uses excellent communication skills to support efforts of the Sales and Account Management Division by providing service to internal and external customers in an efficient,courteous, and professional manner.

Qualifications

 Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette. Strong attention to detail. Professional attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have computer experience in Microsoft office (word,excel,outlook). SAP knowledge a plus.
