Great Opportunity for Material Coordinator/Purchasing Agent

CONAM Construction Co. has openings for Material Coordinators/Purchasing Agents at a remote location in Alaska?s North Slope oilfields.

 

Experience coordinating between contractor and owner for owner supplied materials.

 

Experience purchasing small tools and supplies for contractor.

 

Candidate will issue purchase orders, receive material, supervise warehouse and administer paperwork and documentation.

 

2-5 Years Experience preferred.

 

Work assignments will be based on a rotation of 6 weeks on 2 weeks off.  Housing & meals while on the North Slope will be provided as well as air transportation to and from Anchorage. 

 

Heavy industrial (oilfield process, petrochemical or power plant facilities) experience preferred.  Pension and Health Benefits available.

 

This is a project based position with an initial duration is 3-4 months.  Succesful candidates will be considered to continue on with future projects.
