Schedule /Traits/Financial Analyst Manager for Store Layout

Band 2


This will include Financial reporting and analysis of historical and predictive financial data with demographic data to determine proper department space allocation, register configuration, Special Division needs, and departmental/ category layout. Coordination with Operations, Merchandising, Special Divisions, Store Planning and other departments is essential.
This position is responsible for technical development and publishing of the Store Layout Schedules. These schedules would also be used by Modular Planning, New Store Merchandising, Merchandising and Merchandise Support Managers. This position will trait stores based on what they look like (prototype). Good communication skills are a must for this position. This position will use the Access program almost daily. This position requires multitasking abilities and the ability to communicate with officers of the company.

 

REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
(Applicants must possess all of the following to be considered.)


1. Working Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Host, Retail Link
2. Ability to produce and maintain schedules with constant date changes as will as supervise 2 associates
3. Possess the ability to communicate with some company officers, Merchandise Support Managers, Store Planning, Merchandising and New Store Merchandising
4. Multi task

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

1. Working knowledge of Access, SIUPC, FACT, Queryman and Traits
2. Possess the ability to maintain Access databases
3. Have the ability to create financial reports through FACT
4. Dr. Dawg and Arris knowledge
