Purchasing Clerk

Premier manufacturer, is seeking a Purchasing Clerk. 

 

The position responsibilities include: 

? Schedule all inbound delivery appointments.

? Print all Purchase Orders (PO?s) generated at Corporate HQ.

? Administer PO in Accounting Software for all items orders placed in Fresno Facility.

? Make certain appropriate paperwork is sent to Corporate HQ.

? Make certain all raw goods or packaging orders are being delivered to the Fresno Facility on time.

? Make certain customer inventory reports are sent to customers on time.

? Print Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) on a weekly basis and as changes are made.

? Assists and fills in for other office administrative support personnel, when needed.

 

 

Requirements:

? 1 - 3 years of purchasing experience

? Good follow-up skills and attention to detail

? Effective verbal and written communication skills 

 

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
