Job Description:

Requirements:

?  Maintaining constant contact with existing Broker base and actively seeking and developing new relationships for continued growth.

?  Effectively prescreening and filtering new files to determine best opportunity for BEM clients.

?  The ability to know your product and accurately pre-grade files before submission.

?  Effectively sell the products offered by BEM, gather what is needed for a clean submission, and turn potential files into real submissions.

?  Able to assist, as a liaison, between client and Account Managers in order to ensure smooth flow through mid stage process.

?  Advising BEM clients of programs, specials, niches, service and pricing.

?  Providing efficiency, attention to detail, customer service oriented attitude, and portraying knowledge to BEM clients that upholds BEM?s competitive advantage.

?  To properly screen files for questionable loans. We do not fund fraudulent deals!

?  Minimum 1 year Wholesale Mortgage Experience.

?  Highly Self Motivated.

?  The ability, at a minimum, to submit full and short packages that qualify for our product base at a rate of 3 files per work week.

?  Ability to clearly understand all facets of the industry and effectively communicate basic underwriting guidelines to clients.

?  Motivation and knowledge to ensure the protection of Bankers Express Mortgage.

?  Proof of past performance.

?  Excellent verbal and written communication ability.

?  Did we mention we need reps that have the current ability to submit qualified borrows at minimum number of 3 a week?

 

Pay Structure:

 

?  40 to 55 bps retroactive! To get to the 55 bps retroactive all you have to fund is 1.5 million. Paid 1099 or W-2!!!! Will consider guarantee?s if proof of past production is compelling.
