NATURE & SCOPE:
Provides administrative support and responsibilities as needed to two top producing Agents.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Proposal PreparationCreation of Marketing Packages Database ManagementMarket ResearchBasic UnderwritingFile MaintenanceMaintain on-market list for buy-side opportunitiesPerform a variety of clerical duties as requiredProjects as assigned

 

INTER-DEPARTMENTAL RELATIONSHIPS:
It is critical the person in this position develop a strong working relationship with all agents and brokerage staff within the Regional Office.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications: college degree preferred, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, non-Pavlovian (willing to go the extra mile), type 55 wpm.
