AIMCO is currently seeking an experienced, highly professional Community Manager to operate Apartment Communities in the the city of Chandler, AZ (200 units).

The Community Manager is responsible for all operations of the apartment community with the primary objectives of increasing the net operating income of the community, maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the community and property staff.

This individual must possess a strong sales training ability and effective leadership skills. This role requires previous experience with a luxury property, ability to train and motivate a strong sales team, exposure to delivering top quality service to high-end, demanding residents.

Qualifications

. 3+ years managing conventional apartment communities(200 + units). Multi-site experience a plus.
? Exposure / involvement with redevelopment project a plus
? Experience with implementing effective marketing/sales and retention programs
? Experience with hiring, training and developing a customer service-oriented team
? Vendor Management
? Strong experience with Resident Relations
? Budget Administration
? Experience w/ financial reporting
? Ability to work possible overtime and weekends

Education

? BA/BS or equivalent experience
? CAM preferred
